GS AgriFuels Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSGF - News) is pleased to announce that it recently acquired a 14.3% stake in Missoula, MT-based Sustainable Systems, Inc., ("Sustainable") an agricultural company focused on high-value culinary oil, biobased fuels, and bioproducts. Sustainable has initiated an expansion of its oilseed crush facility in Culbertson, MT (the "Montola" facility). The University System of Montana was recently awarded $7.5 million dollars by the NSF-Epscor program for continuation of a broad range of research and development, economic development and academic development efforts.   Sustainable Systems, LLC was an original benefactor of the first NSF-Epscor grant to the state and has since utilized the resources to grow the emerging biobased technology company.

"The seed funding provided by the first NSF-EPSCoR program help us establish our technology base and launch our biobased start-up.   The program provides support on an number of fronts and we are delighted that the Unversity Systems was granted a continuation", stated Paul T. MISSOULA, June 14, 2004 - Sustainable Systems, LLC is pleased to announced the reception of funds from the EPA to the Missoula City/County Health Department for implementation of Montana Biodiesel fueled school buses in both Missoula and Missoula County school districts.   Under the terms of the federal support from the EPA, monies will be used to offset the incremental cost of biodiesel used in the school buses.   The buses will utilize both the two existing retail Montana Biodiesel pumps located at the Cenex Brooks Street location and the Cenex North Reserve Street and onsite fuel tanks at School bus terminals.  

"We give praise to the Missoula County School Districts, the Missoula City/County Health Department, the private school bus contractors for their steadfast visionary efforts in realizing the usage of our premium domestically produced renewable fuel in school buses.   In addition, the EPA program should be recognized for provided visionary grant monies, which is leading to domestic energy security.   We suspect that everyone involved will enjoy the benefits of our product", stated Paul T Miller, CEO of Sustainable Systems, LLC

MISSOULA, March 3, 2004 -- Sustainable Systems, LLC announced today the success of Montana Biodiesel B20 in the Cenex Harvest States Brooks Street retail pump over the winter of 2003/2004. The pump experienced no fuel gelling or pump problems even during extended low temperatures of –26 F experienced in early January.

“We opened this pump knowing that the true test for our product is during the wintertime and we are pleased that no anomalies were experienced during this critical time of year. Located on Brooks Street in Missoula, the station will provide Montana Biodiesel B20 to the public at a conventional retail pump outlet.

Sustainable Systems, LLC announces the use of Montana Biodiesel B20 in Montana Department of Transportation B20 Pilot Program

MISSOULA, October 20, 2003 -- Sustainable Systems, LLC announced today the finalization of a B20 pilot program with the Montana Department of Transportation. The project will utilize Montana Biodiesel B20 in snowplows in two geographically separate locations, four snowplows in Stevensville, MT serving the Bitterroot Valley and Lolo Pass and four snowplows in Havre, MT serving Route 2 along the Highline. The objective of the pilot project is to understand Biodiesel as a fuel for use in Montana State owned service vehicles.

The pilot project is a result of House Bill 502, which was tabled in committee upon further review and understanding of biodiesel as a fuel. House Bill 502 was a bill designed to introduce a 2% blend of biodiesel into all on road diesel fuel in the state of Montana and was mirrored after similar, approved legislation in Minnesota.

“We are proud to have stimulated this important pilot project in order for the State of Montana to become more comfortable with the use of this renewable fuel. We are confident that the state will be pleased with the performance of our product under harsh wintertime conditions. MISSOULA, October 10, 2003 -- Sustainable Systems announced today the City of Missoula City Council has earmarked money for the purchase and use of biodiesel in city owned diesel equipment. The City will use Montana Biodiesel B20, soon to be available at a retail pump in Missoula, in snowplows this winter and use Montana Biodiesel B100 in additional equipment, such as lawn mowers in the summer of 2004.

MISSOULA, August 4, 2002 -- Sustainable Systems, LLC received notice today of an SBIR Phase 0 award in the amount of $7,800 from The University of Montana NSF Epscor program to offset expenses related to the preparation of a competitive Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant to the USDA. The objective of the proposal is to investigate value added opportunities from agricultural based raw materials.

MISSOULA, August 1, 2002 -- Sustainable Systems, LLC received a second round of investment of $42,000 from the Montana Department of Agriculture Growth Through Agriculture program. The intent of this round of funding is to provide working capital, drafting of a business plan and financial model that addresses the opportunity to add value to oil seed crops with the potential for agricultural producers to be investors in a processing facility.

MISSOULA, November 10, 2001 -- Sustainable Systems, LLC receives investment from the Montana Department of Agriculture for the development of a pilot plant for the conversion of waste vegetable oil and virgin vegetable oil into renewable diesel fuel and other biobased products.

Under the terms of the investment, Sustainable Systems will be awarded a loan guarantee from the Montana Department of Agriculture Growth Through Agriculture Program in the amount of $30,000 to initiate a pilot scale processing facility for the production of renewable diesel fuel and other biobased products from waste and virgin vegetable oil raw materials.

“We are very excited with this initial seed capital to contribute to the growth of our business. Agriculture will play a major role in this developing renewable energy and biobased product industry and this funding has positioned Sustainable Systems as the leader in the Pacific Northwest”, stated Paul T.
